Sleeping bag or blankets
Pillow (towel in pillowcase)
Ground insulator/ cot/ pad (under sleeping bag)
Chair
Pocketknife (see below)
Flashlight
Fresh batteries
Rain gear
Change of clothes and shoes
Sunglasses
Personal stuff (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb,       
          soap, washcloth, towel)
Camera, film

Note:  No personal firearms or archery equipment - ever!  To any Scouting
event.  Knives can
only be worn or used by Cubs at or above the Bear level
and then
only after the Whittling Chip card is earned.
LIST OF ITEMS TO LEAVE AT HOME:  Fixed blade (lock blade) or switch blade knives; axes
or hatchets; liquid fuel; fireworks; firearms; mace; pepper spray or weapons of any type; pets;
radios or boom boxes; TVs; electronic handheld games; alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs.
